What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, and USDT, all processed securely. Card payments are coming soon.
How does crypto payment work?
When booking, select cryptocurrency at checkout. We generate a payment address for your chosen coin; once the transaction confirms on-chain your booking is locked. Refunds are credited to your SimpleTravels Wallet.
Is my booking protected?
Yes. All bookings through SimpleTravels are fully protected with secure payment processing, instant confirmation, and on-chain transaction records for crypto payments.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellation and modification policies vary by provider and fare type and are shown clearly before booking. Refundable bookings are credited to your SimpleTravels Wallet within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer flight + hotel packages?
Yes. Our AI Planner creates complete travel packages including flights, hotels, and day-by-day itineraries. You can also book flights and hotels separately.
How does the AI Planner work?
